We are pleased to present this 1967 C10 Custom Pickup with a host of very desirable modern updates. This example was made in General Motors' Atlanta, Georgia assembly plant (VIN code A).
The truck's maroon paint and white trim are in overall excellent shape with minor imperfections. This model has the panoramic rear window option. The body is straight and solid, the engine bay is extremely tidy, as is the cargo bed with its new wood floor and stainless strips, bedliner and associated hardware. The battery looks good and the truck's chrome bumpers are in very good order. In back are new LED taillights.
This truck rolls on a lowered suspension and on Nitto NT420S radials, size 255/50R16 up front and 285/50R20 in back. Each tire is mounted on a five-spoke, gray Billet Specialists wheel with chrome center caps. The wheels and tires are all in very good order. The upgraded instrument cluster only shows 181 miles, which is understood to be miles since restoration was complete.
If you're expecting to find a 283 or 350 V-8 with a four-pot carburetor, prepare for a surprise. A 350 crate V-8 is present but it carries a new FITech electronic fuel injection system with a Lunati camshaft and modern intake system. The motor is bolted to a new Monster 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission with 2500 stall and backing it all is a 12-bolt rear differential with 3.73:1 gearing. Driver convenience features are power steering and power brakes with upgraded discs in front.
Prepare for more surprises after you open the doors. A pair of modern bucket seats and a large center console replaces the original bench seat. The black seats are in excellent order while the gray carpeting is in very good order. The headliner is in good, original condition. A classy, factory three-spoke steering wheel looks sharp, as does the black-and-silver dashboard is in very good condition and has a complete suite of Classic auxiliary gauges. The gray inner door panels are in similar shape. Rounding out the interior is a Kenwood AM/FM stereo with CD player.
A new, more modern look came for GM's 1967 trucks, along with a new nickname: "Action Line." It was with this revision of the C/K truck that General Motors began to add comfort and convenience items to a vehicle line that had previously been for work purposes alone. The majority of 10 series and some 20 series Chevrolet trucks from 1966 to 1972 were equipped with a coil spring trailing arm rear suspension, which greatly improved the ride over traditional leaf springs. However, the leaf spring rear suspension was still available on those trucks, and standard on 30 series trucks. GMC-branded trucks came standard with leaf springs in the rear, with the coil spring/trailing arm design optional.
All two-wheel drive trucks came with independent front suspension, while 4x4's used a conventional solid axle with leaf springs. Nineteen sixty-seven was the only model year for the "small rear window" (RPO A10 offered a large rear window as a factory option). The standard drivetrain was a three-speed manual transmission and one of two engines; the 250 CID straight six or the 283 CID V-8. Optional transmissions included a three-speed overdrive unit (C-10 only), several different four-speed manuals, the Powerglide two-speed automatic or the Turbo-Hydramatic 350 and 400 three-speed automatics. The 292 six and the 327 CID V-8 were optional engines. C10 trucks came with a 6 x 5.5-inch bolt pattern, the ¾- and 1-ton trucks came with an 8 x 6.5-inch bolt pattern.

Competition to this C10 in 1967 included Dodge's D100, Ford's F150, GMC's 1000 and Jeep's Gladiator SJ.
