1969 Chevrolet G10 Sportvan - Resto Mod 350ci V8 w/ 3-Speed Automatic Transmission - 108" Wheelbase Cargo Sportvan - Metallic Blue/White paint - Custom Wheels (Please note: If you happen to be viewing this vehicle on a website other than our main website, it's possible that only some of our many photographs of this car are not presented due to website limitations. We... are privileged to see a great variety of awesome vehicles on a daily basis, but there are only a few that are best described as simply being 'cool'.  This Chevy G10 Van is one of those vehicles. You can't help but picture this van parked by the beach with a surfboard leaning up against it, or maybe parked at the ice cream shop with a bunch of people hanging out in it eating ice cream on a summer night. Â The most noticeable thing on this van, other than the simple, boxy shape is the bright blue metallic paint with white accent panel, grille, and bumpers.  This cool van coming at you down the road really captures your attention, you just don't see many vehicles on the road that are as boxy as this van. The "Chevy Van 108" logo on the front doors refer to the van's wheelbase of 108 inches.  The G10 Sportvans were offered in 90" wheelbase, or 108" and as window vans, or in a panel van style like this one. Custom, color matched alloy wheels and a slight forward rake finish off the look of this van. The interior has a utilitarian design as this van was built as a cargo van.  The seats have been recovered in blue and white vinyl that matches the exterior.  Once in the driver's seat a simple dashboard layout, large steering wheel, and panoramic windshield are in front of you.  One thing to get used to is that when pushing the pedals, your feet are at the very front of the vehicle, and you are seated just above the front wheels.  The big console between the front seats is not there to stow your gear...someone stuffed a 350 V8 in there! This van came from the factory with a 307ci V8, but we like the extra oomph the 350 provides to help get this brick down the road.  The V8 currently tucked away in that front console has an Edelbrock 650 cfm carb, Edelbrock Intake Manifold, a custom exhaust, and rebuilt heads. A 3-speed automatic transmission handles gear selection. In late 2018 the brakes and steering were updated. Use it as a weekend cruiser, a daily driver, or put it on hauling duty for all your gear.  Just make sure you have enough room for this van AND all of its "cool-ness" in your garage.
