These C3 Corvettes are hard to find in original, solid, no-hit condition. It is a solid driver, runs and drives great and will make someone a nice car to drive or to restore or customize to their liking. It is a factory 4-speed. A/C. 350/270HP car and it does have a hardtop to go with it, which is painted silver like the car.

What a great cruise night car, it will cause a conversation where ever you go.Just out of long term storage. The previous owner had the car for many years and put very few miles on the car.Brand new brakes, it stops, drives and steers excellent.Just lay the top back and go.

BODY

The body on the car is one of the nicest I have seen in regards to never being hit or in an accident. The lines are straight, the gaps are nice and tight and line up very well. All of the factory bonding strips are intact, a quick look in the wheel wells and you will find there has never been any sort of damage. The car has been painted once back to its original Nevada Silver color. It looks like the paint work was done many years ago and it is showing its age.It has chips and scratches hereand there as to be expected from a car that has been used and painted a long time ago. It has that original paint look, is the best way I can describe it. A very low luster, but it still looks very presentable.

It does have a hardtop, painted silver like the car that will go with it.I will install that for shipping purposes, but I drive the car regularly and I prefer to have the top down when I go cruising. The chrome on the car is original, the rear bumpers look to have been re-plated at one time and look better than the front. The front bumpers look to have the original chrome on the car and are a little weak. The weather strip on the car is original and would benefit from being replaced. The black soft top is in useable shape, looks to have been preplaced at one time, but it not perfect,it is useable and presentableand the back window is nice and clear. It goes up and down fine and latches as it should. All the lights and signals work as they should. The wiper door is currently non functional, I have not dedicated much time to figuring out why it will not open. The wipers do work if I open the door manually and the wiper door will close after I open it, it must be a switch that is not getting a signal to open it.

Overall I believe you will be hard pressed to find another corvette with a nicer, more solid no-hit body than this one.

INTERIOR

The interior of the car is very nice and clean. The previous owner said the door panels, seat covers and carpet have been replaced. The carpet has a little fade to it but still in very nice shape. The cargo area is nice and clean and the cargo door is there and looks great, but the locks are missing. The dash is in superb condition with no cracks, warping or bad spots. The steering wheel is nice with no cracks. All of the gauges work as they should with the acception of the clock. The original tach works but seems to be a little sticky.Console is in awesome shape.Overall the interior is in very nice shape.

DRIVETRAIN

The drivetrain is in good working order.I drive the car regularly to and from work and it is a blast to drive. It is a non-numbers matching 350, but it does retain its original 4-speed and rear differential. The engine has a small cam installed and sounds good, you can hear the engine in the link I have in the top of the ad.The 4 speed shifts great, but every so often it will grind going into 3rd gear.Happens sporadically and it is not enough to bother me.The clutch feels great and there is no slippage at all.The A/C is all there but currently not operational or charged. All the brakes have just been replaced, all new rotors, hoses, calipers and master cylinder.Heater hoses have been replaced, radiator has been replaced at some time, and new rebuilt tach drive distributor has been installed. The car is a manual brake and steering car.It steers great surprisingly and has a very nice feel to it.Overall I would jump in it and drive it anywhere I wanted to go.
