Description

Let me introduce you to "Old School".This truck and I go back a few years or so and have worked well together but I moved to smaller house with no garage for it and just am not getting the use out of it anymore,so I'm letting someone else a chance to own a piece of history that works. The advance design cab is one of the best looking Chevy trucks ever produced! This particular example has been garage kept truck since restoration. It is sporting an older restoration that has held up well. Would make a great business promoting parade truck or use as an hauler flatbed.
  • Description:Series 6400 2 ton, 235 inline 6 engine, original 6 volt system with newer battery, odometer shows 53K miles don't know if it's correct but just drove it in last year to OH from TN. It has manual steering/gears and 2 spd rear diff. The paint is driver quality, seat has been reupholstered. Some minor scratches/dings in paint. Overall a very solid truck and there is no rust in the floor as you can see in the pictures. The winch and tilt bed functions are working well, heck it's even gotta radio control for the winch. As you can see it has a detachable bed section to go from 19 ft down to 12."Old School" even has a mini boom for pulling things with the cable. I have used this truck to haul everything from mini-barns to cars to brother's househol, it"ll work all day long.As you can see it has 2 nice aluminum side boxes for storage."Old School" has the typical leaks that one can expect in a vehicle over 60 years young!!! I have described this truck to the best of my knowledge. Truck is sold AS IS. Please come and look if you're interested as I can't possibly describe every detail in this listing.I will assist with transportation/shipping. However, the buyer is responsible for any and all costs associated with transportation/shipping. Can be driven most anyplace with a stout set of arms and a can-do spirit. I will sell internationally. Please do not bid if you are not going to follow through with the purchase. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
