Texas Classic Cars Of Dallas is proud to showcase this nice 1972 Chevrolet C-10 Pickup,Some things get better looking with timeand this 1972 Chevrolet C10 Custom Deluxe is a fine example. Powerful, handsome, and ready to work or play, its a head-turner that still knows how to earn a living. Two-tone has always been a distinctive style on vintage pickups. On this bow tie, it emphasizes the C10s clean, straight lines and gives this former workhorses a feeling of sophistication. It also helps that the green and white paintwork benefits from a modern clear coat practices, so it greatly outshines any factory color. Because this is a Custom Deluxe it comes with some nice extra body chrome, including the upper and lower body side accents that separate the two colors. But just because this is a shining star, don't be afraid to load it up with weekend projects.
The bed is lined with the toughest material you can put on i, line-x bed liner, it will help you bring home the anything from the hardware store without scratching the bed.Inside the two-tone switches to green and white. This looks especially nice on the textured door panels. The bench seat looks like it is as comfortable as any, where the real gold lies in in all of the authentic Ostrich skin that has been upholstered to the headliner, dash, glove box and visor, done by our friends at ASM Upholstery.
The driver grabs the steering wheel and feels smooth wood grain from an aftermarket steering wheel, and beyond that the dash is a nice and clear set of factory gauges. To the side is the comfort of AC/heat/defrost and a newer AM/FM stereo with knob-style controls still keep the atmosphere feeling 70s vintage perfect but with a modern touch with an aux cord. The engine is a 350 cubic-inch V8, as advertised on the front fenders. It looks very authentic with a factory air cleaner up top, bright Chevy Orange paint on the engine, and very tidy wires and hoses. This is mated to a sturdy TH350 three-speed automatic that feeds the 12-bolt rear end running a versatile gears.
So, you know this is a good everyday pickup. But the 1972 C10s are really sought-after because this was the final year for the trailing arm rear suspension, which helps makes these Chevys ride much smoother than most other vintage pickups. Plus, it has the convenience of power steering, front disc brakes, and modern BF Goodrich T/A rubber at all four corners with iconic Rally wheels. So, while this truck might be a Saturday project hauler, its also a clean Sunday car show cruiser.

We do have a custom bed cover already painted to match the truck soldseparately.
