Description

1969 CAPRICE SPORT SEDAN

Hello, I am selling my 1969 Caprice sedan. The Caprice is equipped with the factory L48 300 HP 350 and turbo 350 transmission which runs strong and no smoke or ticks. I start and drive the Caprice a short distance up down the highway with no traffic due to bad rear brakes. I replaced and bled the master cylinder though brake fluid is disappearing from the back reservoir for some reason (possible wheel cylinder or brake hose?). Body wise the Caprice is solid with minor passenger quarter panel rust (see pics). The caprice needs minor electrical work for the turn signals and ignition switch. I ran a start wire in the Caprice so when the ignition key is on position the start wire turns over the starter and starts the car. I will include another steering column with key which has the turn signal and ignition switch to use. The windshield has a few cracks and drivers side window regulator has issues. I installed adecent matching interior with front power seat though did not know how to hook up the power harness to make it go forward and back. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to contact me, please look carefully at all the pics as well before bidding.

The Caprice is sold as is & where is and is the winning buyers responsibility to pick up or have a transport service pick up the Caprice a week after funds are received. I will release the Caprice and mail the title (clear and in my name) certified mail to the new owner after funds clear. I require a $300.00 non refundable deposit via pay pal. The rest of the balance can either be wired to me by direct deposit chase bank or an authorized legit bank check. The check has to clear okay before I release the Caprice and title to it's new owner. No scammers saying they will send me a bank check for more than the car etc. I'm not stupid . Be straight forward with me and I will honor that by being straight forward back. If you perhaps have family in Seattle and they want to take a look at it locally (before you bid) I can show them (out it on a lift etc). Any questions you have at all before you bid, please do ask and no question is a silly one. Also any other photos you want of the Caprice, let me know and I will do so, again the Caprice is sold as is and where and it is the winning buyers responsibility to remove the Caprice from the premises a week after it is sold. Any negative or zero bidders bids will be canceled unless contacting me first. Thanks for looking and happy bidding, regards.
