1969 427 corvette 390 HP

Description

Up for sale is my 1969 BB Corvette. It is a numbers matching car with 58,748 original miles. The motor is a 427 C, 390 HP, The Frame and Birdcage is in excellent condition. The motor has been gone thru top to bottom in 2018. I have all the engine and transmission work receipts. The transmission was removed and serviced in 2018 also. New clutch, throw out bearing, pressure plate, and transmission mount. This car has the second set of tires ever, still on the vehicle. They are dry rotted but tread like new. This car runs like new and drives good. The brakes are in good condition and all 4 are disk brakes.This is a T-top car and the back window comes out. Side pipes are not factory but look and sound great. Both rear air shocks replaced in 2018.I have added high speed cooling fan to the radiator, t-stat controlled to improve air flow.The door panels and console are faded the rest of interior is in good condition, The seats have been recovered and the carpet replaced. This car is 80% original with little updates which include a Summit Racing carburetor with electric choke (old original Holley look a like), Eldebrock intake, roller rockers, new cam & bearings, timing chain and gears,original crank polished, pistons & rings, heads totally done, summit racing valve covers,electronic ignition distributor, plugs & wires,new alternator, new starter, engine mounts, all belts, cooling hoses, new starter and electric cooling fan. Also a brand new fuel tank and all new fuel lines.I have the original luggage rack but its not on the vehicle. I am the 3rd owner. This car is listed cheap for room to paint and some misc. items.
