1993 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab 1-Ton K3500 4X4 W/Bed Liner & Cap, 454 Engine (143,600 miles), Automatic Transmission, W/8Ft. Western Plow (currently not working have not dug into it), plowed with it in 2016 & 2017, Did Not Plow with it in 2018
The Good About Truck:
It starts, Runs, Drives, 4X4 works, it's a BEAST of a truck W/Plow (plow needs a little work)
the bad about truck:transmission cooler lines need replacing rotted out (recommend towing the vehicle)oil filter housing lines need replacing (1 just sprung a leak last month)exhaust donut gaskets at the y-pipe need replacingpassenger side (right side) exhaust gasket needs replacingrear window for truck cap smashed earlier this spring when the kid was getting his bike out of the bed
I'm not giving a story or blowing smoke I'm just letting you know where I'm coming from I'm 54 & I use to do a lot of crap during my younger years which includes up until 2014, but ever since 2015 I haven't been the same, I went through non-hodgkin's lymphoma cancer, November 2018 had a very light stroke, & May of this year had a non work related injury which put me out for 2 1/2 months finally went back to work last week (08-03) after having a cortisone shot it's not a permanent fix only temporary, bottom line I need 4 vertebra discs replaced & I've lost a lot of strength in my right hand & arm, my line of work is automotive I don't know how long I can last in this field, I had my own auto repair shop for 4 1/2 years, fall of 2002 till early summer 2007, I use to race cars stopped for my daughter to race go-karts as kids then they went to 4-cylinder race car as teenagers, fast forward to 2018 I bought a Miller 211 wire welder with good intension & I haven't even used it yet (Brand New just sitting there) & it took me all late spring to early fall last year (2018) to pull a bad engine out of a good car & pull a good engine out of my stepsons crashed car back into the good car & I don't have an answer for what took so long, when one of my daughters blew her engine in her race car I had it out on a monday & had the spare engine in by the end of that week to go racing that weekend after working in a factory 10 hours a day, I also have a 2001 Dodge Durango for sale it is my daily driver which also needs work I just bought my neighbors 2002 GMC 1500 pick-up truck, Well thanks for reading my story I kept it as short as possible any questions please ask, if you want more pictures let me know I will be happy to assist in any way txt me or call me at two62fivetwofive144one my name is Tom
