Vintage Air Conditioning, digital gauges, and other custom touches makes this one outstanding show truck that can be daily driven.

This build started out with a very solid short-bed. The factory color was actual Black. The restoration consisted of a show quality base coat clear coat black paint job. All new chrome, new stainless, new lights and glass was used door the restoration. The truck has a completely restored wood stained bed that is absolutely gorgeous. The drive-train was upgraded to a 2005-up Still Chevrolet 5.3 Litre Vortec V-8, late model Gm 5 Speed Automatic overdrive transmission and upgraded rear. The engine has many upgrades including intake, cold air intake, cast iron headers, full custom dual exhaust. The truck has modern power steering and power brakes. The truck has a custom vintage air conditioning system that works well. A blue tooth modern stereo system was installed. The interior is custom with very comfortable and sporty custom seats. Door panels were molded to match the seats. New carpet and door sill plates were finishing touches of the interior. High end digital dash board was installed. Custom built shifter allows for a comfortable fit.

Mechanically, The truck runs like a modern truck. The LS engine is very powerful and smooth. Shifting is firm and consistent. The truck is a blast to drive and is an absolute to drive on the highway. Reliability combined with power and great fuel economy makes this drivetrain a winning combo.
