CDC Presents... An absolutely stunning 1965 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Convertible survivor with a 4-speed manual transmission, built purely for every classic Corvair enthusiast. This Corvair Monza has the rare 140hp engine option and suspension package, with a manual white convertible top and is sure to not disappoint. It has an irresistible and cohesive design with a special place in America's garage. Take your time and sift through ALL of our photos of this Corvaire to truly appreciate its value. Preparations... Upon acquisition of... a classic Corvair of this calibre, our initial steps of preparation for market are through a visual and mechanical inspection. When it first arrived, we put it on the lift and powerwashed the undercarriage. This frees the vehicle of any grime and debris to help reveal any forseeable issues. As an exceptional and well-taken care of vehicle, the underside of this Corvair is in great condition, needing only minor work to be ready for market. Following the undercarriage inspection, this Corvair went through our service department where our technicians performed a thorough mechanical inspection. With zero mechanical issues or leaks, and a quick standard service, this Corvair is ready to go. Finally, our preparations come to an end with cosmetic and driver-experience details. This Corvaire was carefully and thoroughly detailed. During this detailing process, the interior is inspected for functionality and quality. There are no rips or tears in any of the seats. The seats adjust and fold flawlessly. The convertible top is in excellent working condition and latches securely in place. All of the guages were closely inspected for functionallity and work flawlessly. When the vehicle first arrived, we noticed a large scratch on the passenger side door, which was then professionally fixed and repainted in our bodyshop. Upon completion of the detailing process, this Corvair is ready for market. Exterior... The appearance of this Corvair is undboubtedly its most distinctive feature. Prounounced fenders bulge upward and emphasize a theme that lowers the body over the wheels. The resprayed Tahitian Turquoise paint on this Corvair is nothing short of extraordinary. With only minor rock chips, the paint and body on this Corvair is lazer straight. The factory wire/spinner hubcaps feature mock knock-off wheels that augment its vintage appearance and volumptuous curves. As you will see in nearly 200 photographs of this Corvair, there is zero rust and it is simply in incredible condition. Interior... The interior in this Corvair is in exceptional condition considering its age. The interior is all original, meaning it has not been reupholstered. The dash looks and feels fresh, along with the comfortable seats. There are no rips or tears anywhere throughout the interior. The convertible top looks and feels new and latches easily and securely over the cabin. All of the guages work properly. Build assessment...
