After 15 years of ownership, I am selling my 1971 Corvette. Originally a War Bonnet Yellow, LS5 454, 4 speed M20 transmission with A/C, it is now completely customized with almost everything replaced and upgraded. To summarize the lengthy upgrade list below, some of the list was done back in 2004 when I bought the car, however the vast majority to include the entire drivetrain and suspension was done between 2015 and 2017 and has been driven less than 4000 miles since then. I believe the car has ~160K on it but cannot verify.
I bought this particular C3 because it had a solid frame, and because it was an original big block car, and because I liked the blue paint. The car is not cosmetically perfect. I did the things I did to improve the driving experience. If a rock hits it from the road, I don't really care. The car is amazing to drive and if you can afford the gas, it drives well enough and reliable enough to be a daily driver. That said, it's only a few upgrades away from being a drag car, and autocross car, or a show car if you wanted to take it to the next level. The paint is nice and shiny and I get tons of compliments on it, but it is nowhere near perfect. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions and I can be reached via eBay or at 813-997-4955.
