Description

This is a 1967 Malibu Convertible cloned into a SS396 car. It is currently running a 327 from a 1967 Camaro. The casting number is 3892657 with a horsepower code of ME. The casting number is the samefora 1967Z-28 with a 302 engine so the engine is quite valuable. The car runs great and has a 4-spd transmission, power steering and power disc brakes. Everything you would want in weekend cruiser except the big block. The body is nice with an excellent trunk pan and floors. There is a little bubbling on one lower quarter, but no rot. The paint does have dings and scratches in various place, but is very presentable. The frame has been reinforced. The convertible top is in good shape with no tears or cuts and the power top works great both up and down. It does need a new top switch and the horn button has a broken tab. Other than the fact the car needs a new set of sneakers this is a great car for any enthusiast. 1967 Chevelle/Malibu Convertibles are not easy to find, especially ones that run and drivewith PS and disc brakes and a 4-spd. This car is being sold with a transferable registration and a dealer bill of sale which is good in any State. A title can be obtained if necessary.
