1980 CHEVY CAMARO Z28 ON 18x9.5, 18x11 WHEELS**FRAME OFF RESTORATION. It has SBC 350 motor with TH350 automatic transmission. Engine block number 3970010 (V8 350)..
BODY: Every nuts and bolts were removed and replaced with new ones. Everything was taken apart, every metal pieces got sand blasted and powder coated. ***ZERO RUST, ZERO BONDO. ALL THE HARD PART IS DONE, ONLY THING LEFT IS THE EXTERIOR AND HEADLINER*** I HAVE MOLDED CARPET KIT STILL IN BOX.
ENGINE: Rebuilt and balanced SBC 350, engine block Magnaflux, .060 bored and honed, polished crankshaft, piston rods resized for new bearings. All brand new KB pistons, Mahle rings, Comp Cam Extreme Energy 218/224 camshaft, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, Holley Street Avenger Carburetor 770 CFM, Fel Pro gaskets, Melling high volume oil pump, MSD Street Fire HEI distributor, Taylor Cable 8.2 mm blue spark plug wires, Power Master chrome alternator single wire, Power Master mini starter.
COOLING: All brand new CHAMPION 3 row aluminum radiator, electric fan and relay kit, Stant 180 degree thermostat, aluminum fan shroud, Gates radiator hoses.
TRANSMISSION: Rebuilt TH350 transmission with brand new Hughes Performance 2500 stall torque converter.
DIFFERENTIAL: Rebuilt 10 bolt rear end with brand new Auburn Gear limited slip (posi) differential, 3.23 gear ratio.
DRIVESHAFT: All brand new U-joints. Balanced.
EXHAUST: 1 5/8" header, 2.5” Flowmaster 40 Series dual Exhaust.
FUEL: All brand new fuel system including stainless steel fuel line from front to rear, fuel tank, fuel sending and fuel filter.
WIRING:All brand new complete wiring system and switches, American Auto Wire Classic Update for Camaros. All wires are labeled and have exact color as the original. ALL WIRES ARE NICELY TUCKED INSIDE THE ENGINE BAY.
BRAKE: All brand new brake system including stainless steel hard lines from master cylinder to front and rear and all four corners, brake booster, master cylinder, brake calipers, cross-drilled/slotted zinc plated brake rotors, brake pads, and brake wheel cylinders.
SUSPENSION: All suspension parts were sand blasted and powder coated. All brand new Moog upper and lower ball joints, Energy Suspension complete bushing kit including upper and lower control arms, front sway bar, body mounts and leaf springs. Hotchkis springs 2” drop, KYB Gas-A-Just shocks.
STEERING: Rebuilt tilt steering column with new switches, tilt lever, turn signal lever. All brand new steering system including close ratio power steering gear box 2.5 turn lock to lock, power steering pump, steering hoses, intermediate steering shaft, inner and outer tie rods, tie rod adjusters, center link, and pitman arm.
INTERIOR:Brand new Dakota Digital VHX gauges.Front and back seat frames were sand blasted and powder coated. Brand new custom leather seats front and back (REAL LEATHER NOT VINYL, BRAND NEW CAR SMELL). Brand new dash, glove box, center console, door panels, trims, door handles, rear seat shelf, keys set (ignition, glove box, doors, trunk). Brand new carpet not install, still in box.
WHEELS: All brand new wheels and tires. 18x9.5, 18x11, 235/40/18, 275/35/18 tires. All brand new wheel bearings and seals.
