Selling my 1948 Chevy pickup truck 3100 series 1/2 ton short bed Very Nice little truck as you can see in the pics, she is setting on an S-10 chassis, the truck does NOT has drive train, No engine or transmission, it's a nice complete beautiful body ready for someone to drop a V8 motor and finish the job, the engine compartment has been cleaned up and painted in satin black.
The interior it's all complete and original (minus the steering column isn't original), new vinyl door panels, new chrome door handles inside and out, newer glass and rubber all around, new headliner and carpet.
The body looks really nice, lots of body work has been done to it and a new paint job with Redfire metallic color.YES still has a couple more cosmetic details (little rust on the kick panels which isn't visible and a few small dents here and there) for what I can see it's all minor.All New wood and metal strips on the bed with aluminum diamond plates on the walls, new tailgate and tail lights, we also installed a new roll pan instead of the old rear bumper.All season Tires 215/60/15 are in great condition with aluminum American racing wheels.
In general this is great looking and solid truck that needs just some one to drop in a V8 motor and trans and for sure this truck will triple its value.These small vintage Chevy trucks are going up in price really fast specially in this nice condition, there are a few for sale here on eBay starting at $14k, $15k and going up so here is your chance to own one in a very low price, this is a lot of truck for the money! We are selling it at NO RESERVE!!
The estate of NE consider this truck and assembled vehicle and did assign it a new VIN tag, all in order. I have an open NE title on hand not in my name but already signed and good to go.I'm not looking for any trades at least it's for an other classic that I can resell quickly and make my money back.We may be able to deliver the truck to your door if you aren't too far for just gas money
