Chevy Nova hatchback not SS original factory buckets, tilt, AC automatic Project

I have tried to price this car to sell it so that someone buying it is not starting out paying a ton of money.

1973 Chevrolet Nova Hatchback Custom. Condition is Used and is a project. This car has been sitting since 1988/89 engine is complete. Engine runs good with no smoke but car is not drivable at this point due to fuel tank needing to be removed and cleaned (i am unsure if water or scale rust is inside). Odometer reads 88,501.2 which could be original milage but i am unsure. Engine is a 307 with a turbo 350 transmission.

I have put all new tune up parts on car, cap rotor points plugs and spark plug wires.Car has some small rust behind each rear wheel well and some pin holes in the floor pan behind drivers seat.The original rear hatch had rust andwas removed, Iwill includea rust freehatch (blue one) with installed glass.

Car needs complete restoration, including carpet, windshield body work and paint and may need other parts as well.Dash and door panels in very nice condition, rear seat folds down and works as it should. Seatbelts have been removed but are included. This car is a factory Bucket seat, AC, Tilt wheel, automatic on the floor with console and disc brakes.Car comes with original rims and the original space saver spare unused.
