I bought this 1990 Chevy silverado 4x4 from a new car dealership I do business with where it was traded in on a brand new truck. I drove it home 4 hours away and then I used it for around 800 miles or so and I was very impressed by the overall shape and drive.
Very nice running truck. The 350 v8 runs awesome and strong. The trans shifts all gears like it should. Tires are very good and the 4x4 works like it should. This truck has a great carfax report with no accidents and verifying the low 122k miles. I was told it is a one owner (carfax shows 4 owners as the guy moved around in the same area a few times throughout its life.) The 122 k miles means that this truck was only driven on average around 4100 miles per a year. There was lots of service maintenancedone through out its life including exhaust replaced, power steering leak fixed,serpentine belt replaced, drive belt/tensioner replaced at 121k, transfer case replaced 119k, new alternator, and cylinder head replaced at 65k. Definitely a taken care of truck.
The body looks really good for being a 30 year old truck. The majority of the body looks very clean. The lower part of the rockers were starting to show rust (its not too noticeable as its the extreme lower part) the hood had some paint blemishes. The truck has a nice look as what's there blemishes wise is not overly noticeable etc. Good looking two tone blue paint shines nice. The interior looks really clean. The frame looks very solid. Clean and clear title. The heat and ac are working great. This is a truck you can buy as a collector item or use as a daily reliable driver. Only going up in value as these are getting harder and harder to find clean and good running etc. You can buy this and drive it home or hire a transport I can recommend to bring it to you feeling great what you got.I do not want to overcall it or undercall it, let the video and pics tell the story.
