Our price on a new Corvette will be halfway between the sticker price and the invoice amount for the dealership. If you want to pay sticker price, I will be happy to take your money, but it isn't required.

The vehicle that we have for sale here is a 1961 Corvette. It is mostly stock except some parts have been replaced with later model GM parts. The engine is an originaldate and numbers matching 283 315 H.P. engine that has been rebuilt to the same specifications that General Motors used in 1961 but it has been bored .030.

The transmission is a late 60's Muncie with a 65 66 Corvette shifter. The rearend is a GM 12 bolt with 2:56 gears and positrac. It comes with a experimental G.M.Fuel Injection from the G.M. racing program from the early 1960. Theintake and carburetor that is currently on the car is a 1963 Corvette 327 340 aluminum intake and AFB carburetor. This combination was installedso that that it can be driven like a fairly normal car.

The car has new Michelin tires on the car and just needs a few things finished. The listing does include the hard top that is shown on the car plus a Convertible top that needs a new top installed.

The car has actual Halibrand knock-offs and it has Wilwood disc brakes on all four wheels.Everything has either been rebuilt, rechromed, or restored on this vehicle and would make areally unique Corvette for someone.
