1976 Corvette StingRay in very good condition

1976 Chevrolet Corvette StingRay. I drive it a couple times per week to work to keep everything in order plus it's a lot of fun to do so. Change of life circumstances means that I will soon no longer have a good place to park a spare car, much less one that I want to keep under cover.
I recently changed cam and lifters. I do not know the last full rebuild on the engine, but all looked well in there. The change of cam gave it good performance boost. The air conditioner was rebuilt year and a half ago and it works well. The interior is in very good condition - not original but looks it. Changed radiator to an aluminum electric fan model. It truly is a dependable vehicle with the only thing not currently working right is the tachometer (which drives me nuts - but I can't figure it out).
Hate to give this up - but if I am going to keep one car, it needs to be the one with four seats.
I feel my asking price is reasonable for the condition of this car. However, I will soon be in position to have to purchase storage for it or some other drastic measure - therefore it must go soon.
