Selling my 1987 Monte Carlo ss. This car is a 2 owner car that's very clean and rust free. The car has a custom built 496 cid BBC. It made 674 HP and 624 ft-lb of torque on Steve Schmidt dyno. The transmission is a fti level 3 th400 with a reverse manual valvebody. The rear end is a Ford 8.8 with disc brakes tubular control arms and 18 way adjustable shocks. and cobra posi clutches. The car has autometer and vdo gauges for watching the vitals. Ignition system is all msd digital. Fuel system consist of a sumped factory tank with a Magnafuel pro tuner pump. Cooling system consist of a 2 row aluminum radiator and 2 electric fans. Exhaust consists of hooker headers with 2.5 inch exhaust x pipe with pypes race pro exhaust dumped. Car has been to Ohio valley dragway and ran 7.06 at 100 mph with zero tuning. This car can be driven anywhere. Never gets over 200 even on a 100 degree day.
