OVERVIEW:
1987 was the final year for the El Camino, making this a very special find for any collector or car enthusiast. This two tone silver/ gray El Camino drives beautifully and is cosmetically in very good shape with 61K miles on the body.
ENGINE / EXHAUST:
Under the hood is a rebuilt 350 Edelbrock Performance Crate Engine with less than 10K miles on it. The engine is equipped with Edelbrock Carb, Performance Cam, and MSD Aftermarket Ignition and Distributor Kit. Dual exhaust sounds great and is very clean.
EXTERIOR:
All the paneling, trim, lights, are in tact and in excellent shape showing minimal signs of wear and tear. Pin striping is all clean and sharp. Some dings and scratches are indicated in pictures. Under the car is solid and rust free. Only invasive rust on the car appears to be inside the gas flap, and the passenger side door (Pictured in description). This El Camino comes with a bed cover, which detaches easily.
INTERIOR:
Inside the El Camino are the original cloth bucket seats, which show only minor signs of wear. A new B&M shifter, A CD/ AUX player (Original cassette player available) and Custom 6 inch speakers. Moon Roof. Power steering, Tilt wheel, Power windows, all functioning perfectly.
The dashboard is in very good shape with a few minor cracks. The headliner is falling down in some places and likely needs to be replaced (pictured in description).
Some of the gauges in the dash are not functioning, this includes the tachometer and battery voltage meter. The AC has been retrofitted, however it is not functioning.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Recently passed inspection. New oil change, Transmission fluid, Brakes. This El Camino has spent the majority of its life in New Hampshire. There is no existing Title for the vehicle and it carries with it a title exemption from the state of New Hampshire which is valid for antique’s/ classic’s such as this one.
