Description

As stated an original 1952 chev pickup with no modifications. This truck would make an excellent project for the hobbyist or rebuilder or restorer. The truck would have to be trailered to whatever location it may arrive at. I do not have the means to transport it so it would need be picked up. I have no problem holding the truck should timing be of any factor. All parts are have existed since the factory build. There are two rusted areas common to these vehicles where the front fender meets the lower cab. The running boards also have a rusted spot but seem otherwise sound. The box bottom needs new boards but that is a given. All the metal frames are in place. The truck has not been tampered with. The transmission is a 3 speed on the column. The starter is on the floor and the battery is the type with a floor cover. There is no remodification from any other attempts to remove and refix areas. My own view is to strip it down and then reassemble and replace probably wiring. Then again it is all up to the new owner whatever they need to do to make them happy. I am shocked at some of the prices I see here on e-bay for these trucks which have been restored. I am asking a firm $6500.00 Canadian dollars and I see other old trucks in a lot worse condition asking much more.
