Engine
Chevrolet Crate racing engine. Roller Camshaft, Chevy Roller Rocker arms, Chevy aluminum rocker covers and felpro gaskets, Chevy fast burn vortec angle plug aluminum heads. Fresh rebuild by RPM in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Engine was blue printed and balanced. It has powdered metal rods and hypereuetectic pistons. Edlebrock port fuel injection system (manual in book) is adjustable when you drive. It can remember up to 3 fuel programs that you can customize. The instruction and owners manual is enclosed. Hedman ceramic coated long tube headers. ARP bolts throughout build. Top Quality Accel ignition wires and high output coil, Edlebrock transistorized ignition. Custom aluminized exhaust system with cross over pipe and heavy duty truck mufflers. Rev limiter is set to 5,000 RPM. Custom built Ethanol injection system. Dual inlet Colf air induction system with oversize K&N reusable air filter.
Transmission
Chevrolet hardened built by Monster Transmission. Heavy duty planetary gear set and carrier, forged drum, Kevlar clutch plates, synthetic dexron 6 oil, and constant pressure modification. This important modification removes the variable oil pressure regulated by the TVI cable on the 700R4 transmission which makes the transmission last longer. TCI heavy duty needle bearing brazed stator torque converter with heavy duty lockup. Lockup control module with switch lets you switch lockup if you want. Switch located below headlight switch and has blue LED to show when it is in the on position.
Front and Rear end
Totally rebuilt by 4 wheel drive center in San Jose, CA with new gears, seals bearing and bolts with ratio to compensate for tire change. Synthetic lubricant. I had rear pinion seal to stop very small drip on Jan 27, 2016
Interior
Every single worn part was replaced right after the suburban was bought in 1998. Middle seat carpet is original carpet that was on the truck, New GM stock steering shee, horn cover.
Cooling System
New Chevrolet Radiator, hoses, belts, thermostat, and seal. Suretite stainless steel clamps. hoses were replaced all the way to the rear heater.
Front and Rear Air conditioning
New compressor, expansion valve (rear AC) new seals, Accumulator and metering orfices. Converted from the old r12 to r34 with extreme climate parts to make it cooler.
Brake System
New brake discs, calibers, brake pads, brake drums, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and brake drums. New spring kits and brake hardware. New GM proportioning valve, master cylinder and brake booster, hoses and vacuum reserve tank.
Trim Parts
Too numerous to mention. Most were purchased from GM in Portland, OR in 1998 and are not available any longer. LMC Truck has some aftermarket parts if you need them.
Stereo System
Kenwood head unit with Bluetooth. Subwoofer, Kenwood equalizer, 10" subwoofer box with discrete amplifier and crossover. MB Quart separate speakers and Qlogic kick panel speaker enclosures up front.
Lighting
Headlight system is fully HID 5000 degree light color. 4 slim line 55 watt ballasts. ALL ON headlight relay system from summit racing turns all headlights on when bright. All interior lamps have been replaced with high intensity Cree LED's also 5000 degree kelvin color.
