RECONSTRUCTED Title w/ PA Collectible Tags
Completely Road Legal w/ Clear Title & must be categorized as RECONSTRUCTED as per PA DMV
Collectible Definition & Requirements as provided by a PA Auto Tag Service
A Collectible Motor Vehicle in Pennsylvania is defined as a RECONSTRUCTED motor vehicle, but not a reproduction thereof, substantially modified from the manufacturer's original specifications and appearance and maintained in a collectible condition as determined by the Department of Transportation. Generally, substantial changes to the engine and exhaust systems must be done to qualify the vehicle as a collectible motor vehicle. If the extensive changes are other than engine, we will need very detailed and specific information in regard to the actual changes. In addition, the vehicle must primarily be used for show and must appear to be in "show" condition.
To acquire Collectible Motor Vehicle plates, we would need the title for your vehicle, along with a current insurance card showing the information for this same vehicle, as well as four clearly distinguishable color photos of the vehicle (front, rear, and both sides). In addition, there are certain forms unique to this type of application which we need signed by a Pennsylvania inspection mechanic along with the photos. Please stop in prior to applying for your Collectible Motor Vehicle plates and we will provide you with the proper documentation to be completed.
The Department of Transportation charges a title fee of $ 22.50 and a one-time registration fee of $ 75.00. Collectible Motor Vehicle registration plates are permanent and are issued for the life of the vehicle while it is owned by the present owner & are transferrable.

SUMMARY
A #3+ overall, (#2- for engine bay & interior) Street/Strip car utilizing the popular “G” body as a platform. There are enough backyard builds of questionable quality & various states of completion around. This Track-Proven Malibu was professionally built the right way w/ the best components & meticulously maintained. With close to $30K invested, like all special interest & collector vehicles, it’s best to get one like this that’s finished for much, much less. This low mileage beauty is realistically priced & only needs your state’s safety inspection for Street or Strip Thrills & Trophies
