Description

This was my father's car, and it breaks my heart to have to sell it! He passed away a few months ago, but he loved this car and he restored much of it over the last 10 years. It's a convertible, but it also comes with the matching Le Mans blue hard top. The convertible and hard top are both in excellent shape. The engine was replaced in 1994-95 according to the log book, which is included in the sale. My dad seemed to write down everything, even the type of gas he was using. The body and paint are in very good condition, but you can see some paint cracks around a few things like the antenna and the hard top mounts. The windshield has a small rock chip. Everything works on this car, even the fiber optic tail light indicators. This is a great car, and fun to drive. It's currently in Chagrin Falls, OH, outside of Cleveland. Note that the car does have power steering and power brakes -- and a sweet AM/FM radio! I also think that the Stingray logo on the front quarter panel was added by my dad, since I don't believe this year was marketed as a Stringray, although I could be wrong.

***NOTE: It is unclear whether this car has power steering and power brakes, as stated below. I believe it does, but it was my dad's car and I'm out of state, and can't find any supporting documents for it. I'm basing my knowledge on the observations of people who have driven it, so it should not be taken as a selling feature. Sorry about that, better safe than sorry.
