FOR SALE: 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu
This car was purchased by my father in 1996 at the Pittsburgh Parts A Rama. He has since put about $12,500 into the cars drive train, interior and maintenance. The car is stored winters and has only been driven to car cruises in the last 20 years. In the last 3-4 years the car has hardly been driven at all. To my knowledge it is an original CA car, it had previously been in CA before being brought to PA and sold. The only rust on the car is surface rust in the trunk due to leaking weather stripping. Also the hood doesn't quite line up but was told it was the spring, have new spring but is not installed. This car was involved in an accident two years ago but has since been completely rebuilt with all new sheet metal and paint. I've seen similar cars going for well over $30k, this car just barely missed the reserve last time it was listed. The car is for sale for $21,500. Perfect car to enjoy the rest of the summer with!-Nicely restored car 87k miles-Original Malibu 327 4 speed car-Currently 350 balanced and blueprinted from previous owner-Muncie 4 spd manual transmission-Posi rear end-Bucket Seats w/ hand embroidery-Console w/ clock (not working)-Edelbrock carb and intake-Headers w/ dual exhaust-Original CA car until 1995-PA antique plates-Car has not been driven much in the last 3 years it does need a tune up but starts right up, runs well and sounds good.-Nicely restored w/ fresh metal and new paint after accident in 2014.-Paint looks great w/ just a few tiny imperfections-No rust except slight surface rust in trunk-Everything works except the centerconsole clock-Drum brakes all around-Car drives great, no issues-Interior is in very good condition
