Up for auction is a 1971 Chevrolet Camaro SS350 Factory 4-Speed I purchased from the original owners son. This car was bought new by Claeton G. Dalrymple from Lanham, MD on March 6th 1971. This is a pretty rare car, RPO Z27 which is a real SS350 car. Only 8,377 of these particular cars were made, not sure how many were factory 4-Speeds.

This car has held up pretty good and is in great shape mechanically and aesthetically. The paint is older and looks perfect from 10’. It’s shiny but isn’t a 10/10, I would rate it a 6.5-7/10. It shines up really nice, doesn't have any cancerous spots or major blemishes to mention. It has good door gaps and the doors shut good.

It has power steering and power front disc brakes which were factory equipped. The car runs excellent and drives very well. You can barely hear it run when it starts. Just like it was from day 1 you have to put it in reverse to get the key to turn off. It is a #”s matching 350 4-speed car. Very original in appearance under the hood. I have the original hubcaps for the car.

The interior is in good shape, no rips or tears to note. The shifter has light surface rust on it, right below the shift ball. The clutch feels good and works properly. The dash isn't cracked but the bezels/gauges show their age. The speedo/odometer work. The fuel gauge is inaccurate. The tires are like new. It has new scuff plates and new exterior door handles. The chrome bumpers appear to be original and are OK, probably 7/10. The car underneath is very solid as you can see, good original floor pans and rocker panels. The trunk pan is also solid and in great shape.

This is good opportunity to own a rare 71’ full bumper SS350 car, which are very uncommon. Good luck and feel free to ask any and all questions.
