Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1979 Z28 which is in beautiful original condition with low actual miles of 35,525. This Z28 features a nice repaint in factory Bright Blue which still shows well, an original light blue cloth interior, and the original numbers matching 350 LM1 engine and M21 4 speed transmission. This Z28 was built with performance in mind including the 350 v8 engine, factory 4 speed transmission, 3.73 rear gear, F41 sport suspension, and being a factory NON AC car. This Z28 is very solid with great lines and gaps and has no visible rust on body or frame. This Z28 is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Bright Blue (code 24) over Light Blue (code 24B) cloth interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the trim tag and build sheet pictured below. Also included with this Z28 is the factory build sheet and several original documents and car manual.

Exterior

The Bright Blue exterior is in great condition. This Z28 was treated to a professional repaint in factory Bright Blue approximately 5 years ago and still shows well today. The paint is in good condition with no signs of visible rust and both bumpers are in great shape shape with no flaking or faded paint, although there is some light spider webbing on the passenger side front bumper. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. Tires have decent tread left and are sized 225/70/15 and the Turbine wheels are OEM originals and are in excellent shape with no curb rash. Trunk is very solid and clean with the original space saver spare tire, inflator bottle, jack, and original trunk mat. All the glass is “LOF” factory original.

Interior

The Light Blue cloth interior of this Z28 is in great original condition. The original seat covers are in nice condition with only slight wear on the drivers seat. The carpet is original with no major stains, rips, or holes, but is thin in a few spots due to age. The original dash is in great condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo has been upgraded to a modern JVC unit with CD player and MP3 hook ups with newer 3-way 6×9 Pioneer speakers. The door panels are original and in good condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The package tray is in great condition and is not warped or faded. All interior lights and gauges work as they should outside of the clock. The horn, stereo, and wipers also work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.

Mechanical

This Z28 is in great mechanical condition with only 35,525 actual miles on the original 350 engine. The previous owner had this car since 1984 until 2015 and only added around 3000 miles in those 31 years. We have a copy of that title for your review from 1984. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. This Z28 is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs great. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. This car is a blast to drive with the 4 speed transmission and the stock 3.73 rear axle. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This is a factory non AC car which really unclutters the engine bay.

The Vehicle is being sold by a Licensed State of Ohio Dealer (Cincy Classic Cars, LLC). You will need to check with your local government for any special rules regarding these older vehicles passing any inspections. We will not be held liable for any vehicle not passing inspection.The vehicle is offered with a right to a personal inspection by any bidder or agent. If you are the buyer and unable to inspect said vehicle immediately, you or an agent will have seven (7) days to inspect said vehicle after the close of auction. We welcome a physical inspection to avoid any misunderstandings or representations. All disputes arising out of or resulting from this sale shall be finally determined by binding arbitration in Cincinnati/Milford, Ohio in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be carried out by one or more arbitrators in accordance with said rules. Any award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as judgments. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Ohio law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Ohio to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through EBay or otherwise.

Payment Terms:

Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A deposit in the amount of $950.00 must be received within Twenty-Four (24) hours of the auction close typically by PayPal ( PayPal for deposit only NOT for full payment). Purchaser cannot make any claims of ownership to said vehicle without payment in full. The buyer has seven (7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If an inspection or decision takes longer than seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within seven (7) days of the auctions close. Documentation Fee: There will be a $150.00 domestic and $250.00 international fee added to each car sold. This includes title transfer, inventory tax, holding costs, vehicle preparation, storage and priority documentation delivery.

We will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left our property. We are just being realistic; most of the cars we deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and your expectation should not be of a perfect, new car. Once full payment has been received, Seller will mail a copy of clear title, Bill of Sale, Buyers Guide and additional BMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via mail. The fully-executed forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle.

Please note that we are not a transport company and only offer this service as a convenience to our customers. You are more than welcome to arrange your own shipping. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received.
