Description
Up for sale is my one off custom 1952 Chevy Panel Van. As you can see by the pictures below its definitely one to consider. Just imagine your company logo applied to the side of it parked outside your company. A little history on the vehicle. Its a frame off build that took around 8 yrs to complete. Same owner for the last 15 yrs as seen on my clean California title. Basically everything has been upgraded inside and out, top to bottom....nearly $45-50k invested. Below I will try and describe exactly what I see and know about her.
Starting with the Outside: Frame off and restored. Excellent paint and body with not a single ding or scratch anywhere. Over $20,000+ spent on paint and body work..just a few minor paint chiptouch ups here and there, but nothing too noticeable. Full body shaved of moldings, emblems, and doors( pull cables under both doors), rear doors are fully shaved also. There'sno glimpse of shotty body work here... pure show quality ! All chrome is redone, all glass is new and tinted...1 small chip on windshield that has been filled, so no spreading. All rubbers, grill, headlight bezels, mirror, custom taillights are all new. All exterior electrical works as it should...headlights, taillights, brake lights, etc. This truck was built to drive and it was. It's been to all ofmy neighboring states at least once. Very strong runner !
Inside: Basically new and upgraded top to bottom. Brand new within the last month is the whole interior.Front seat which is a bench, seats 3 people but can be adjusted as 2 buckets fully up and down.Fabric is a real nice two tone leather interior. Door panels, armrests, and custom billet door handles are new along with new black carpet all the way back with floormats, headliner, visors, etc all new. Now for allthe upgrades.... molded custom dash housing theDakota Digital guages, tilt steering column, Grant steering wheel, and a custom center console that holds the switches for the Vintage Heat and Air conditioning(needs some work), both power window switches, a 7 inch cd/dvd player with navigation hookup and Sirius radio...pretty cool. Mounted in the rear is 2 8 inch subwoofers, 1 12 inch flip down screen which you can rotate front to back and 1 big Fosgate amp to give you some nice and crisp sounds. It sounds great but has a small hum to it. Inside has all the modern technology that you'd want for a long drive or a cruise to the local carshow or hangout.
Drivetrain: 3 yr old GM crate 35, 330 hp motor (with receipt). Motor has about 25k on it. It was upgraded with a mild cam, power steering, power brakes, a/c, upgraded radiator, aftermarket electric fa, etc. Transmission was upgraded at time of the motor swap to a freeway friendly 700r4 which helps on those long drives. Front end was swapped out to a Mustang 2 front clip with disc brakes. Exhaust, i believe is a dual Flomaster or something along those lines...not too loud but has a nice little rumble under acceleration. Suspension has been fully upgraded to a universal airride technologies setup with 3/8 lines front and rear for a real smooth and slow up and down. Brand new bags on all 4 corners just installed. No leaks whatsoever. This vehicle has no leaks anywhere underneath. You can park it on a white floor if needed. Modern drivetrain is excellent ! Currently rolling on a clean staggered set of 17 & 18 inch American Racing wheels with newer tires. Undercarriage is very nice..just a little dusty from being driven and not trailered.
Above I've tried to be as honest as possiblewhen describingwhat I see andknow about this truck. There's a ton of money in this vehicle as you can see. Nothing was really short cutted on this rig and is a very nice and high dollar build. There's somewhere in the neighborhood of $45-$50k invested. It looks incredible...no disappointments. Please don't ask me what my reserve is...bid to win or call to make an offer. I will sell before listing is finished.
