Description

You are looking at a true 1970 Chevy Nova SS, it's one of the nicest Novas anywhere. It has been described as a work of art and has won multiple awards at big named custom car shows across the country. This Chevy has over $80k invested in it and hundreds of hours of labor. I have piles of receipts, multiple pictures of the restoration, a stated value from a licensed appraiser and the title in hand. This car truly gets your blood pumping when you fire it up and hear the whine from that blower and the rumble of that exhaust. It's going to be tough to part with, so I'm hoping it finds a great home! Now for the good stuff!
Engine: Dart Little M 355 (Iron block, more forgiving for the street) Callies Crank, J&E 8:1 Blower pistons, H beam rods, Jesel drive, Dart aluminum pro 230 heads, full lunati roller cam, Littlefield 871 blower with teflon fins, 6% underdriven, (other pulleys and belts to overdrive or underdrive included) Dual blower referenced Holley 650 cfm double pumper carburetors. MSD ignition with 6btm box, retard switches etc. Over$27k in parts from oil pan to carbs alone! This bad boy has approximately 750 flywheel HP, but seems like much more.
Be Cool aluminum radiator, electric water pump and electric fan.
Trans: Turbo 400 transmission with race clutches, B&M Holeshot 10" torque convertor with 2400-2800 stall, Drive line loop and Hurst ratchet shifter.
Rear End: 12 bolt GM rear differential with 3:55 posi traction gear ratio set up for cruising.
Exhaust: 3" Long tube headers, 3" exhaust from headers to 4" stainless steel exhaust tips.
Fuel: Magna 500 fuel pump with filters and all steel braided hoses. NHRA certified aluminum 12 gallon fuel cell.
Brakes: Baer front and rear disc brake conversion kits.
Suspension: Hotchkis 2" lowering suspension with New Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings.
Steering: Flaming River steering box with Grant wheel.
Interior: Custom upholstery with racing bucket seats, suede dash cover, suede door panels, suede custom center console, custom fiberglass gauge cluster with Autometer gauges, full roll cage with swing outs for easy entry/exit. Custom carpet smoothed out and even with no bumps or rolls. Custom built trunk with suede panels, battery relocation kit and emergency electrical shut off switch.
Exterior: Completely stripped down to bare metal, any rust or rot was cut out and replaced. All chrome and glass was removed and replaced after paint work. Paint is a two stage custom blue pearl with four coats of clear. Front and rear bumpers were replaced as well as any misc trim pieces.
Wheels and tires: 20" Billet Specialties 20X8 polished front wheels with Toyo ZR 225/35/20 tires and 20X10 polished rear wheels with Toyo ZR 275/30/20.
A must see! This is an absolutely stunning vehicle, way too much too list. This is a custom car so there is no warranty, sold as is. There are no windshield wipers or heater core, this has been a show car and a weekend cruiser.
If needed I can help with shipping to any state, I highly recommend an enclosed carrier because of the flawless condition of this vehicle.
