1954 CORVETTE PROJECT NCRS NEEDS RESTORATION C1 1953 1955 HOT ROD ORIGINAL VETTE

Description

Up for auction is a very complete 1954 Corvette restoration project. The car is fresh out of a barn in Oregon. Still wearing its 1968 tags. I purchased the car from the 2nd owner (now retired in Florida). He had owned the car since 1960. I have his contact info and a great timeline/story from him about the car. He had the car thru the60's and thenIt was stored while he was in Vietnam, he returned and kept the car thru all these years. Looking at the carit has been painted 5 or 6 times. Red, Blue, Green, Copper, original white..... The car was partially de trimmed/disassembled wwhen I rescued it,but shockinglyhe had almost everything for the car in storage. Included with the car, Hardtop, Soft top, Side curtains, original gauges,etc. The car has a complete set of vintage stewart warner gauges installed and the motor is a true 55 corvette 265 with a 55 cast glide. There is a period correct edelbrock tri-power with progressive linkage. This car truly was a hot rodders dream back in the day.Please ask any and all questions before bidding.
