1972 chevrolet c10, k-10, Cheyenne 4x4
Description
This is a 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne k-10 shortbed 4x4 truck. It has factory AC cab but is missing the under hood components like the condenser and such. Also it has no engine, but the transmission is there. Everything else is there but the motor. It is an original 350 truck. This truck has sat for 20 years in the yard of the guy I got it from. He bought it 20 years ago with intention of putting an engine in it and lost interest in it. He had a clear North Carolina title at the time, but never changed it into his name and lost it. So it doesn't have a title, but one can be attained by going through the right channels at the DMV. I am actually looking into getting one, but I haven't gotten one yet. There is a way to get a title for antique vehicles like this one, I have checked. This is a very hard to find shortbed 4x4 Cheyenne with AC. It is a solid old truck, but has been sitting so it will need some things. The bed that is on it is a 1967 bed and the wood floor bottom. The bedsides are in good shape, but the floor has rotted out and it could possibly need new floor slats and the bedsides need repair where the wood meets the metal. The grill is almost perfect. There is just one small dink on the drivers side, but not bad enough to replace (see pictures). It is a Cheyenne so it had the trim and nice interior as well as AC. The truck has no motor but the NP205 transfer case and 3 speed transmission are still there. The doors and floorboards are in pretty good shape. The rear cab supports are going to need replacing but the front ones aren't bad. All in all it's a solid truck to use for parts for a truck that you have a title for. Email me with questions. Thanks
