1981 Chevrolet Corvette vette Chevy 3rd
Description
Selling my 2 owner Corvette..Rare color combo with Dark blue and red interior..I purchased from a 67 yr old couple, it was his wifes car. You can see she had Gina on the ash tray, and the ket chain still has her name. I have done the following work since buying it from the couple. I put a new cat back flowmaster exhaust, I did 3 new brake calipers, new sway bar links, new battery and alternator, New transmission with a rebuilt converter...The car sat for 4 years, this is the reason why I did these changes. The ac blows cold, the car drives great no issues..All gauges work perfectly..This is a true 58000 mile car with a great carfax..The car has original interior, original paint still...The paint of course has some defects for being 35 years old..But looks great from 5 feet away...Car drives great, no issues..Mirror t-tops..Power window, locks, ac, after market kenwood radio..Car was driven 1800 miles in the last 12 years.. The car is all original besides radio, belts tires and hoses...Original motor, trans, well cared for...Has defects in paint due to age, interior nice but sun visors fall down...Owners tried to tape them to hold up..Great car.. Past few months I have spent over $4000 on the recent work..It is a true survivor with never being painted, interior is original....Numbers matching drivetrain..No after market add on's beside flowmaster exhaust and radio..Wont find a better 81 Vette for the money..Carfax 58,000 mile vehicle...
