The engine and transmission were rebuilt to manufacturers specs 3 years ago. New tires and wheels as well.

BRAND NEW ROLLING CHASSIS WITH EXTRA FRAME
An entirely new body bolt kit was just purchased, which comes with the bumper bolts. Also included is a new interior screw kit. The entire trim set with bumpers are in new condition. Everything is currently wrapped in moving blankets for protection. It's hard to say, but it sure looks like the bumpers have all been recently triple plated.
The past owner bought the car recently restored. Since the interior and exterior paint were not factory colors, he took the car to a restoration shop near his home to have it painted factory colors. As happens all too often, 60 days into the job, he stopped in to find the shop sold the engine, transmission and spent his $25k deposit. With the help of family, as well as a policeman standing there, gun on his side, they were able to get everything back with the exception of his deposit, engine and transmission.
In attempts to sell the body and frame, we found a perfectly built, all assembled, rolling chassis. This guy was looking for a body like ours. Well, we bought his rolling chassis and are set to finish the job. At this time, we are prepared to sell the whole set up or finish the job for anyone interested.
We started the process of covering the seats which came with the car. We stopped when we realized that as we stretched the material over the frame, there were some scratches we didn't like so we stopped and are in search of new covers.
$21,500 takes all, including the extra frame.
