1991 Camaro Z28 5.7 TPI rebuilt engine, project or parts car rat rod

1991 Camaro Z28 project or parts car.102k miles on the body. it is a factory 5.7 350 car with hardtop ( no T tops). The engine and transmission were rebuilt and then the car was parked and not driven. previous owner said it had less than 1k miles on the rebuilt engine and 500 on the transmission. it has Hooker headers and flowmaster muffler, I will post the specifics from the previous owner in quotes below and i have a folder filled with receipts and the comp cams spec card. """"Engine was rebuilt with new piston rings, block was honed, complete gasket set. The intake was port matched to the intake runners and cylinder heads. The cylinder heads were ported and polished. Exhaust ports smoothed out and polished. Intake ports cleaned up and left with a rough finish for optimal atomization of fuel/air. Combustion chambers were lightly cleaned up of casting flash as to not add to much additional volume. It has Hooker shorty headers on it with 3" collectors. Also has a Comp Cams 264H hydraulic roller camshaft in it. """ the body of the car has dings and dents that you can see in the pics. it has rust on the underside but i dont see any actual holes, just lots of rust that flakes off. the drivers side ground effect is broken down low, nice factory wing and hood blisters, red interior is in OK shape, needs a cleaning badly but dash pad looks good, Z28 gauge cluster is good, front seats arent bad, rear seat the mice ate though. interior plastics are decent, factory spare with inflator kit never even used! it will come with all 4 matching Ultra 5 spoke wheels on it but 2 of them dont hold air for very long. THE CAR CURRENTLY DOES NOT RUN! the fuel pump is dead, the shifter cable is frozen also so you have to reach under it to take it out of park. This is a fantastic parts car that is loaded with desirable hard to find parts, the hood blisters and rear wing along with the gauge cluster are worth more than the starting bid!
