1971 Chevrolet Camaro * California Car * 355 Roller * Z28 Badges
Description
Very interesting car with VIN number ending in 00291. This car was manufactured as one of the first 300 units out of California and lived there until 2003. At that point it was purchased and brought to Michigan and maintained along with many other cars in a personal collection. The car remained there for roughly 14 years and was then registered and plated in Michigan for the first time since it left California in 2004. The car shows very well due to extreme care and upkeep and was restored to its original sunflower yellow color (code 52). The engine is a strong running 355 roller and is paired to a 700R4 trans with electronic lockup. The car sports a nice fresh Edelbrock Performer intake, Holley 4 barrel carb, lots or roller goodies in the engine, Satin Edelbrock Air Breather, Mickey Thompson classic aluminium valve covers, ceramic coated headers, stand alone dual electric cooling fans and true dual exhaust with flowmaster mufflers. The entire brake system is also brand new with a few upgrades such as braided stainlesssteel rear flex lines, upgraded proportioning valve, new booster, new master cylinder, new calipers, new rotors, new rear wheel cylinders, new drums, new shoes and hardware....and much more. All fluids have been serviced and replaced. The car comes with a set of original style Z28 wheels as well as the brand new staggered fit 18" wheels wrapped in Nitto NT555 G2's. This car drives as good as new. Very tight front end with upgraded Saginaw gear box. Fantastic Drivers Car!
