Originally assembled on April 27, 1966, this 1966 Corvette 427/390hp is in nice condition, and comes with desirable power brakes, as well as a freshly rebuilt engine. This car's paint looks to be newer, and is good-vg with a nice shine. With the exception of the windshield, all exterior glass shows a correct date code. Chrome bumpers and exterior door handles show a recent finish, and are vg-exc. Weatherstripping and taillights look recent, and are vg-exc as well. Steel wheels have been painted Silver, and correct style hubcaps appear to be have been refinished, and are vg. Radial whitewall tires show an average of 10/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1966 Corvette 427/390hp is very nice as well, showing vg-exc recent leather seats, seatbelts, carpet, door panels, dash pads, glovebox lid, and center console. Gauges are in good condition with typical fading and vg lenses, and the steering wheel is in good condition as well. A digital AM/FM radio with USB input has taken the place of the factory radio, and a speaker bar has been added in the rear of the car. The numbers matching engine in this car shows original assembly date April 22, 1966, and features a FRESH rebuild. Correct intake manifold, ignition shielding, spark plug wires, radiator hoses, and hose clamps are in place, and the frame is solid and rust-free. Aluminum radiator has been added. This car been fully serviced, and all instrument gauges, lights, turn signals, brakes, engine, transmission and rear-end are all in good operating condition.
