1970 Chevrolet K-20 Suburban
Description
1970 Chevrolet Suburban K20.
This truck started life as a government stuck, most likely the armed services in California, as such the upgrades are all stock from the factory, nothing after-market besides replaceables.
The truck is a runner though it eats a quart of oil / 600 miles and still passes emissions easily.
(half a quart per tank of gas, easy to remember)
It is a 3/4 ton 4x4 with a 350 V-8 with 4-bolt main crank blocks and a 4 barrel carb with the heavy-duty SM465 4-speed (w/granny gear) and NP 205 transfer case. axles are a Dana 44 in front and an Eaton HO 72 in back with 4.10 gearing. (8 Lugs 3/4 Ton Suspension)
Steering and drum brakes are manual, not power...
Purchase comes with The following Upgrade/spare
parts;
An extra 20gal fuel tank, power brake master, Disk Brake Front Axle, and some other spares come with the truck.
The truck is complete, original, and runs fine. You could leave this truck as-is as a work/tow truck, or better yet as the starting point for a complete restoration. Cash or Cashiers check only. Test drives okay on appointment.
Rust in the usual areas for these trucks (rain gutters, rocker panels, etc.)
