Description

I'm hesitantly selling my 1972 Chevy C10 Longbed pickup truck. I have too many projects going and have taken this one close to completion. You are bidding on a beautiful orange "honest" southern truck. I say that because it is solid, runs great, has no body rust, and would make a great driver for anyone, or take it to the next level with some lowering kits and trick wheels. 1972 is probably the most desirable year for Chevy trucks. I bought this from a seller in South Carolina who took it in trade from the previous restorer of it. I have completed most everything else that needed to be done, with the help of several NASCAR mechanics.
Here's the basic stuff:-Long bed-350 V8 that runs great-Turbo 350 Automatic tranny that shifts great-Brown/Saddle interior and carpet.-Factory Air (needs some updating)
Here's what is new on the truck:-Front bumper-Rear bumper and brackets-Grill trim-Tires-Wheels-Carpet-Arm rests-Interior door handles and levers-Windshield wiper arms and blades-Valve covers-Air cleaner-Edelbrock Carb-Windshield-various trim and marker lights-gauge bezel and some knobs-New stainless sill plates.
Here's what it still needs:-Gas gauge not working-A/C not working, but close-No radio-Horn button (I've put in new mount and contact already)-Truck has a small dent on the lower passenger side fender. I've taken a picture of it. Barely noticeable.-Windshield washer fluid reservoir.-Side mirror (prior owner never replaced after paint job)
NOTE: As of the posting of this ad, I do not have the title in hand. In North Carolina, when you buy and out of state classic vehicle, you must have a DMV inspector come and inspect the VIN plate on the vehicle. This was done with no problems around the end of March, so I expect the title in the mail at anytime.
Buyer will need to make arrangements to have truck picked up by a Carrier, or can come and pick up themselves. I can help with loading, etc. Local buyers are welcome to come and inspect the truck, by appointment only.
Winner of this auction is responsible for a $1000 down payment via Paypal within 24 hours of the end of the auction. NO exceptions. Balance due in cash upon pickup of vehicle within 1 week.
Any question, please call me at 704.660.9440.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU BUY THIS TRUCK!
