It is sold with a Georgia Tag Receipt and Bill of sale. I do have the old title but it is “Georgia Killed” if you know what that means. So its sold as described on the back of the registration with a copy of the registration and the bill of sale. It is in my name as a private seller.

So here is the story. A friend of mine found the car sitting in a storage barn in Covington, Georgia last year. It had been sitting there without the motor for over 10 years. It had been painted a while back and the engine was out of the Chevelle. The matching number engine was rebuilt at some point, but was not in the car. See some of the pics.

The rebuilt engine was put back in the car as well as new inner fender wells. The engine bay was detailed pretty nice. New cad brake booster, new master cylinder, new ceramic coated headers and some engine chrome dress up as well as a new AC Delco battery.

In addition, we put a new windshield in, and new gas tank and fuel sending unit. We made sure absolutely everything worked.

The car was lightly scuffed and buffed. The paint is a basecoat clearcoat job.

Factory dash with round face fuel and speedometer

Everything works on the car speedometer, heater, lights, dome light, turn signals, dash lights, and lights all work great.

According to NADA Classic Car value guide my car would be considered BETTER than AVERAGE.
See below on descriptions from NADA on classic car values:
Average Retail Value
This vehicle would be in good condition overall. It could be an older restoration or a well-maintained original vehicle. Completely operable. The exterior paint, trim and mechanics are presentable and serviceable inside and out. A "20-footer".
High Retail Value
This vehicle would be in excellent condition overall. It could be a completely restored or an extremely well-maintained original vehicle showing very minimal wear. The exterior paint, trim and mechanics are not in need of reconditioning. The interior would be in excellent condition. Some vehicles may be considered "matching numbers" vehicles.
My car is priced probably UNDER NADA MARKET, so if you are interested you should go ahead and bid, call or TEXT 770- 639 – 3671

Everything works on the car– speedometer, Heater, lights, console light, turn signals, dash lights, speedo and fuelgauge, back up lights, and lights all work great

So the paint is about 10 years old. In very good condition. Not perfect, but very nice. The car is very straight.

The interior is in good shape. It appears to have all original glass except the new windshield.

Condition

Overall the car is just a nice old cruiser car, especially given that it is a 45 year old car. As far as we can tell it has only had one re paint and all of the metal IS ORIGINAL. Very clean car overall but I would not call it a perfect show car, at least not to win trophy’s with. It’s more of a survivor style car, not really a full restoration. The underside has a new gas tank, but it’s not a super cleaned and detailed underside.

The engine starts up quick. The choke works. Has a nice rumble. It’s NOT loud. It’s NOT fast. It’s more of a cruiser type car.

Everything works on the car. It’s an old school car no Air, no stereo, no power windows or power locks. It does have a remote drivers side mirror.

Back up lights, glove box light, all side marker lights, horn, radio all work.

Here are the “picks” I have.

The interior is a bit older looking but its pretty nice. Only slight wear on the dash bezel and lens. It has the factory AM radio and it does come on and does play.

The seats have been covered at some point. There is a slight split in bench seat in a seam. Maybe 1-2” split. I’ll show you pics. The carpet has been replaced at some point, but it does look older.

The headliner is in good shape, but the side sail panels are sagging a bit.

The BFG TA radials are brand new.

It does have a few chips here and there as well as minor paint scratches and touch up, but keep in mind it is an old car that is 45 years old, so that has to be expected. The paint is older and has a few minor blemishes here and there, but I do mean minor. They do not show up in pictures.

The driver’s door and doorjambs are a bit pitted. They look like they may have been sand blasted at one time. They have been repainted. In addition there is some slight paint bubbles behind the right wheel but it seems solid and a magnet does stick to it.

Email me and I can send you a foto album link with over 50 detailed pictures. Text me at 770-639-3671 or call.

If you are serious, let’s discuss. Don’t just hit that BUY IT NOW BUTTON if I add one without talking with me as it will be yours whether you like it or not.

Look at my feedback, whenever I sell something on Ebay I try to be as detailed as I can giving you a factual description to the best of my knowledge. I don’t gloss up and armor all everything to cover things up in pics.

I may add a Buy it Now price during the auction and I will reserve the right to end auction early if necessary. If you are serious, you should bid early, don’t wait till the end, as you just might miss it!

Very good condition for a car that is over45 years old that you don’t see many of these days. You can drive, cruise, or show it, whatever your preference is on how you chose to enjoy it!

Please note - most of my Collector type auctions never last the full ebay listing time.... so if you are serious about trying to bid to buy this, you need to go ahead and bid, don’t wait around to see what happens, because you just might miss it. Next thing you know it will still be on your watch list with auction ended and will be in someone else's garage.

Terms of Sale

An initial $500 non refundable deposit by PayPal is required within 24 hours of auction end, balance to be paid in full within 3 days of auction end. Any certified checks will have to fully clear all banks prior to new owner taking possession.

With that said Vehicle is sold in "as is" condition and where presently located with no guarantees, no guarantees to authenticity, no buy backs, or no recourse.

Buyer to pay all taxes, fees and transportation costs.

The Chevelle has a CLEAR AND CLEAN GEORGIA TAG RECEIPT and a BILL OF SALE in my name.

****Please understand you are bidding TO BUY, you ARE NOT bidding on the opportunity to be the first looker. If you end up winning the auction provided the reserve is met, you ARE expected to pay for the car AS IS, where is, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

****This is an EBAY auction and will be expected to be fully executed provided the reserve is met.

Please do any and ALL your diligence PRIOR to bidding. If you want to come see it PRIOR to the auction end, please do so and I would encourage you to do that if possible.

If you need your spouse or “significant others” approval prior to purchasing, please get that prior to bidding.

Thanks for looking and best of luck and have FUN bidding to BUY!

If I add a buy it now price and you hit the Buy It Now button, the car IS YOURS and you will be expected to make full payment ASAP within 48 hours!!!

I can’t over emphasize this enough, but if you are a serious BUYER on this, I would prefer to discuss by phone and you can feel free to call or TEXT if you are interested – 770-639-3671.

If you made it this far, thanks for your patience and I hope you enjoy looking at a pretty good fun car that you can enjoy now!

Best of Luck!!
