1939 Sedan
Description
1939 Chrysler Royal Sedan. Runs and drives. Just taken out of long term storage. I have owned this car for the past 29 years. Recent complete tune up and all fluids changed. I used the correct GL4 and GL5 lubes for the tranny and rear end. Original matching number engine / transferable NYS registration / original body number. Previous owner had the engine rebuilt and has less than 1000 miles on it since. Recently replaced fuel pump, head gasket, radiator hoses, and coil. Starter, master cylinder, and carb rebuilt by professional. The front floor has a small spot in front of the drivers seat floor that has a rust thru area and the trunk has small areas on each back corner that also has rust thru spots. The rest of the car is great. The frame is solid. The headliner is sagging and must be replaced. The tires are shot. The brakes will need new shoes and wheel cylinders. The wheels cylinders can't maintain pressure overnight. I have $1,000 in receipts for replacement / repair parts within the past 9 months. I have a current NYS transferable registration (NYS doesn't have titles for cars this old). This car will need to be restored to make road worthy. I have a video of the car driving down my driveway but can't post it to Ebay because I refuse to create a YouTube account just for this. I will send the video via email if requested.
