1937 Chrysler Airflow. Excellent motor and overdrive. The brakes have been rebuilt, and the original power booster works.The enginecarries 40 psi of oil pressure at idle, see photo. The body is rust free, and wasrecently painted by a local shop. There were no dents to remove, prior to the repaint. The auto travels well at highway speeds. I have radial tires on it now for highway driving. Included with thebid is a set of new 750x 16 fat whitewalls. They drive smooth but as designed they are not as directionally stable as radials.They are more than adequate for touring. See photo.The body and driveline are excellent, with 72,000 miles showing on the odometer. The interior is original and in need of replacement. I purposely left it place for patterns and material selection. I have converted to 12 volts, but the original generator and regulator along with the belt are in the trunk. See photo.
