Beautiful, near restored, 1990 Crysler Lebaron luxury convertible
Description
I HAD NO IDEA THIS HAD A SALVAGE TITLE UNTIL I LISTED THE CAR HERE ON EBAY. The car runs good, looks good, and anything that needed fixing I had fixed. When I saw here that the car had a salvage history I went and pulled out the title and sure enough "salvage". This car likely ended up with a salvage title because it cost more to repair the car than it was worth. I got the buyer of this car to the other side of that issue. Now you are getting an amazing car for far less than it cost to fix it.
I'm selling this beautiful, mechanically sound, Chrysler Lebaron LX convertible because these 78 year old bones have a hard time getting in and out of this low car. This car is the J-body Personal luxury version. It has new paint, new tires and a new top. The top raises and lowers great. The upholstery is new. Everything mechanical needing repair has been replaced. The windows roll up and down great. The car does not leak oil or trans fluid either one. The mechanic that did the work loved me! The air conditioner blows cold. This model features the 3.0-liter Mitsubishi V6. The car has 151,000 miles on it. Take it for a road test, hear it run, start, shift; and see the top go up and down and see how well kept the car is from wherever you in the country by watching the videos at YouTube; search for 1990 Chrysler Lebaron for sale. There are a few very small cracks on the dash and a little bit of discoloration; see if you can spot them in the video.
I have $7000 in the car but recognize most will not pay me for what I have in it. My loss is your gain. I have all the receipts for the work done but they are in AZ at the moment. I put a $2000 reserve on this auction.
There are two airports near the car in Montrose and Grand Junction, CO. Flying in to them can be a pricey proposition. If you buy the car, here is my offer to save you money on your flight here to pick up the car. If you will pay my gas both going and coming back (an est. $60), I will be willing to pick you up at the Denver International Airport and drive you to where the car is (10 hours round trip).
Winning bidder will immediately pay via Paypal a $500 non-refundable deposit upon conclusion of the auction to be applied toward the purchase price.
Winning bidder will pay the final bid price less the $500 deposit via Paypal transfer or cash at the time the car is picked up. A buyer who prefers to pay via credit or debit card can be sent via email a Paypal invoice. Certified funds are also acceptable as long as they CAN BE CONFIRMED by the issuing bank. Bank to bank transfer may also be acceptable if prior arrangements are made.
The current plates do not come with the car, so, you need to make arrangements for plates if you plan on driving it home.
This car is being sold as is. Every effort has been made to provide an accurate description of its condition. If the winning bidder does not follow through on the transaction the deposit will be forfeited.
The car is available for pickup upon conclusion of this auction.
