1982 Chrysler Lebaron Convertible

Up for auction is this nice K car convertible. I purchased this car 2 years ago with the intention of complete restoration and now realized that I will have no time to complete this project. I purchased about $800 worth of new parts for it, including new shock absorbers, front axle ball joints, steering joints, new radiator, complete engine seal kit, new timing chain kit, new fuel pump, distributor cup and rotor, filters etc. I have a NOS original MOPAR radio that is included in this sale. All new parts are included with the package.Hey - it gets better - included also is another running 1982 Chrysler lebaron for parts. So, you are bidding on 2 cars package. Parts car does not have a Title!!!!

So, about the Lebaron:

Good condition over all for it's age. Runs strong, transmission shifts smooth, engine fires right up. It is the Mitsubishi 2.6L engine. Brakes work good, power steering works smoothly. Cruise control works fine. All lights work as they suppose to. Previous owner installed an aftermarket radio in it, but I purchased NOS Mopar radio for it. Previous owner also re did the convertible top, and he did not do a great job. I was planning to re do the entire car. Car has an original paint, that has some scratches on it. The bottom part of the doors was obviously repainted. The car has holes in the floor, where the rear passengers have their feet. This is a common "rust spot" for these Lebarons. The second parts car has a solid rust free body, that I was going to use for repairs. Convertible top goes up and down as it suppose to. Car has new tires on it, that were installed by the previous owner. I have a brand new 11/2017 battery for the car and the A/C does not work. I can send you detailed pictures of the parts car via email. I did not want to post them here, so there is no confusion of which car is which, since they are identical.
