1956 chrysler New Yorker with 354 Hemi
Description
This car has been in our family since it was sold by the dealer in 1957 to my great aunt on my birthday.Rare two tone green 1956 Chrysler New Yorker. All original interior and matching numbers. When my aunt passed it went to my father who only drove occasionally. He did take his labrador for rides so the interior reflects that. It passed to us and we have only used it on occasion, kids dances, birthdays, etc. This car was a daily driver for my school teach aunt. I really love this car and had hoped we would have time to restore but now it is time to pass her on. Actual miles 72,925 on original HEMI engine always garage stored. We drove it to my son's garage about a year ago on the interstate around Indy. Ready for a full restoration to be a real show stopper. This two toned Chrysler has a 354 hemi that produces 250hp with a push button Powerflite transmission. It has power steering, power windows, and power seats. No accidents that I am aware of only damage is shown rear quarter panel from steps next to my aunt's home. Rockers are good. Some rust not extensive,. We have the left front light bracket to pass on to the new owner. Title is clear. Deposit due within 48 hours of auction's end. More photos upon request.
