Description

I have more photo's but just couldn't figure out how to list them all on here .... I'm not very experienced at the whole EBay thing .... it's been years and years since I've listed anything. So, if you need to see more pictures or have any questions, please feel free to ask, I'd be more than happy to send pics or answer any and all questions. Feel free to come and take a look at it .... that's fine.
By the way .... I have a California title is in my name and, the car was currently registered until just last December 2018 and is now currently under a non-operation status.
Buyer is responsible for transporting and the arranging of shipping ....... I'll try to assist in what ever way I can.
Tuesday 4-23 ....AGAIN .... I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO LIST MORE PICTURES ON HER SO IF YOU REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL PICTURES, SEND ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS WHERE I CAN SEND THEM TO AND I'LL SEND THEM ..... (IF THAT'S ALLOWED?).

Sure .....
I've already taken them so just send me an email address where I can send them to and I'll do it ... the reason they're not in the auction is I'd already posted the limit they'd allowed me to. As for the underside of the car. This is a california car and the only rust issue that I just recently found, this morning, after you mentioned where to inspect, left and right lower corners of the trunk lid opening/body (drip rails), I pulled up the deck lid rubber weather seal like ya said, and there it was ... as many times as I've opened and closed that lid, I'd never noticed it being there, .... and after looking it over again today fairly close, I couldn't find anything else.

xxxxxxxxxxxx:

Can we get some pics of the lower rear quarters, lower rear part of front fenders, and rockers???? Pics of inside the trunk, including the bottom part of the drip rail where the weather stripping goes, both left and right side where it curves??? Pics of the underside of car???? Do you have the handle for the trunk?? Thanks Will

hi curious to know about the windows, and the brakes, if youve had it for 21 years, you prob know, does it roll, i cant see the dash are the push, buttons in tact, etc, maybe you could send the pictures
46bruceHi ....
I was gone for the weekend ... Anyway, to answer your question, The car does roll freely, the brake system is all in tact but the system has no hydraulic pressure so the pedal goes to the floor ...... the windows? well the drivers window doesn't work, but I think it's a switch prob. and not the motor, the passenger side slowly goes up and down, two rear windows ... you can hear the motors try but the windows and mechanism are so tight that they just bind, with some help they will partially move up and dow
I'll send five photos through the ebay system (what it allows) ... if you need more let me know.

Hi Bruce.
It is a big restoration! I am wondering if you would think about something. I am in Uk and have a 61 imperial 2 door I have had 17 years. However the trunk is a flight sweep but from 1962 and i have always wanted the correct one. You have a spare lid so would you take an offer for the one on the car? You woukd still have a full body. i have to consider tge cost o shipping and customs charges. I only really need the ornamentation. if you search 1961 imperial caac uk, you should see my car.
Mervyn
46bruce,Hi ...
Sorry it's taking me a while to get back with, I went away for the weekend. Anyway .... I'm real sorry but at this time I wouldn't feel comfortable making a deal like that, especially since the picture is already posted in the auction, but if things don't go as planned, I keep you in mind.

Hey,
What’s the transmission status?
Thanks
46bruceHi ....
Well, it's all there, I think I even have the correct torque converter for it, other than that I don't know if it's operational or not (the car has been sitting just as you see it for over 20 years). Everything is original on the car (from what I can tell), the car has 117285 miles on it (I believe that to be correct), It doesn't look like the transmission has ever been rebuilt or even out of the car. That's all I can tell you .... but it you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Thanks

Hi, love your car. Will you accept bids from New Zealand?
46bruceHello ...
I have no idea of how to go about something like that. Maybe if you explain to me how something like that would be handled, I'd be willing to listen
Thanks
