1986 Chrysler LeBaron Convertible Turbo - Classic Car

There are a number of mechanical problems with this vehicle that should be noted.

• The vehicle gets stuck in park. Shifting is difficult, and the gear display is misaligned. For example, right now it's in neutral, but it's lined up with "drive."
• The emergency break is broken.
• It leaks gas and power steering fluid.
• The original key has broken off inside the driver's side door. You must open the passenger's side door using the spare key when locked. Power locks work fine, though.
• I think the breaks may be sticking due to it being in storage for so long.
• The canvas top has some tears and holes and will likely need to be replaced. As far as I know this is the original top. I believe the mechanism for the top to go down still works, but I have not tired it in 10 years due to the age of the canvas making it difficult to put back up properly.
• The body has some rust, particularly around the rear wheels. See photos.

I wouldn't consider this vehicle road-worthy as it stands. Buyer is responsible for towing/pickup.

I am not a mechanic and there may be other issues I have missed. Please bid accordingly. I've listed what I know to the best of my knowledge, but feel free to ask questions or request additional photos.
