1975 Datsun 280Z 66,0000 Miles Barn Find (For Parts Not Running) L28 Engine

Sellers notes

·I do NOT have the title for this car. This was purchased by me at an estate sale. The previous owner passed away and the title could not be found. This car was last registered in 2002 in Louisiana.

·I only have a bill of sale from the owner of the estate sale company. I will provide you with a bill of sale only NO title.

·This car was stored in a storage building for the last 15 years. At some point it was stored outside because there is rust.

·I purchased this with the intention of applying for the title and making it road worthy, but I simply do not have the time.

·Car has 66,000 miles

·Engine is the L28. Block N42 / Cylinder head N47

·The engine does turn over and each cylinder compression tested from 80-100 lbs.

·Air conditioning

·Car was originally silver, but painted gold

·There is bad rust in each of the corner panels and several other places on the car.

·Interior- Front seats not bad (still need to be re-done) Back seats in rough shape. Headliner still fully intact. Dashboard severely cracked from the sun.

·NO Brakes or Clutch operational. Manual transmission.

·The only work I did on this car was as follows

oChanged oil and filter before turning over.

oTook gas tank and fuel pump out, gas tank needs to be replaced or re-lined.

oTurned engine over to test compression. I never attempted to start

·Car will need towed to new home. Tires hold air, but not roadworthy.

·Car is currently located at my home in New Orleans. I would prefer buyer to see car in person prior to purchase.

·For the right price I would consider delivering myself within 500 miles of New Orleans.
