1967 Datsun Roadster Fairlady, 4 Speed, SPL 311, **** Low Windshield ****

Up for auction is a 1967, 4 speed Datsun Roadster 1600, also known as "Fairlady" . 1967 was the last year for production of low windshield models and it is one of the most sought after. Please read all the descriptions below, ask any question, request any additional pics, before bidding. I have tried to be as accurate and descriptive as I can be.
*** please note: the transmission is not working (2nd and 3rd) but additional 4 speed good working spare transmission is provided as replacement. It just needs to be swapped. Master clutch cylinder rebuilt or replacement is recommended. Also in need of a new battery. ***
History:
Originally an Oregon car before being shipped to East Coast. I have owned it about 20 years. It's been care for, garage kept, andmostly driven seasonally (less than 1500 Miles annually) in sunny days between March and October.Serviced professionally by an old school mechanic. I am departing with the car due to downsizing and not having the garage space. Also, my mechanic retired !!!!
Description:
Matching number, low windshield, 4 speed, and clean title. Considered a classic in many States for registration. No inspection or emission tests in State of Maryland. Check with your State for regulation.
Body:
Straight car, New paint spray in mid 80s and in grood overall conditions. All Chrome in good condition with no signs of pitting. There are 3 small areas of paint bubbling. Please see the pics.
Instruments:
All instruments are present and work with the exception of clock and gas gauge. Speedometer works but the cable got disconnected. The odometer is not an accurate mileage of the car. All switches work.
Engine:
Strong and fast . Full tune up was performed last year. Needs new battery.
Transmission:
Not working (2nd and 3rd). A spare 4 speed working transmission is provided to be swapped. Clutch is new. Master clutch cylinder needs to be replaced or rebuilt.
Top:
Black exterior canvas top. Frame, canva, fixed windows (clear plastic with no crack) all in good condition.

I have had some questions about this car. Unfortunately, all my replys have been coming back w/ Fatal error. I will try to answer all the questions below:
1 ) YES. THE CAR LOOKS AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS ON PICTURES. IT IS PROBABLY ONE THE BETTER EXAMPLES OF AN UN-RESTORED CARS IN THE EAST COAST. IT IS ABSOLUTELY COMPLETE AND BEAUTIFUL.
2 ) PO CHANGED THE 2 BLACCK BASEL INSTRUMENTS ( FROM 67 1/2) AND WATER TEMP. DON'T KNOW WHY.
3 ) IT WAS LAST DRIVEN ABOUT A YEAR AGO.
4) WHEN TRANSMISSION STARTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH 2ND AND 3RD, I WAS ABOUT 5 MILES FROM HOME. I DROVE IT WITH 1ST AND 4TH. THE CLUTCH PEDDLE WAS FINE AND I WAS ABLE TO CHANGE GEARS. HOWEVER, THE CLUTCH PUDDLE FEELS SPONGY, HENCE A NEED FOR REBUILD OR REPLACEMENT OF MASTER CLUTCH CYL. YES, THE SPARE WAS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION WHEN PURCHASED. I DIDNOT SWAPP THEM OUT SINCE MY MECHANIC RETIRED.
5) YES. I AM SURE THE ENGINE WILL START FINE W/ NEW BATTERY.
6) NO. I DON'T THINK THE CAR CAN BE DRIVEN IN 1ST OF 4TH DUE TO CLUTCH PEDDLE.
