Description

This is a 1981 Delorean DMC-12. It was built later on in the year so they worked out some of the many known kinks with these cars. This car is in really good shape for it's age and is a daily driver. As you can see from the, higher miles than what you normally see with these, this car has been driven. This is a very good thing when it comes to Deloreans. I've replaced and/or upgraded many of the known parts that were issues with the car. This has the upgraded alternator, all of the lights except the headlights are LED, it has the metal coolant reservoir, coolant hoses have been replaced, air bleed system has been installed, new battery with a kill switch attached, the door struts & rear louvres have been replaced. The doors shut, open and are perfectly aligned. The interior is in really good shape for its age. There isn't any rust anywhere on the car. The only issue is the ac doesn't work. It's probably going to cost around a grand to have that fixed. Otherwise this is a great attention getting car to own. These cars have been sky rocketing in value over the last 5 years. There's only estimated to be around 4,500 Deloreans remaining.With multiple movies coming out featuring the car or the man himself the value is only going to go even higher.
