This1983 DeLorean DMC-12 is a five-speed manualwith extensive mechanical restoration and updates. A Stage II engine was installed by DMC Florida in June 2008, and increases power from the factory 130hp to around 197hp. In 2008 at approximately50k miles, DMC Florida replaced the original 85mph speedometer with a 140mph unit. The seller has driven it around 25k miles and the odometer now shows 26,581 miles – thecar has approximately 77k total chassis miles. Documentationdates back to 2001 andwork performed since then is said to add up to approximately $51k. This is a driver with some cosmetic flaws here and there that is sold with a clean Carfax and clean California title.
